Ooredoo Monday signed a US $500 Million Revolving Credit Facility Agreement with a group of lenders.
Ooredoo signed the credit deal Qatar National Bank, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Barclays Bank plc, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Citibank, N.A., London Branch, DBS Bank Ltd, HSBC Bank Middle East Limited, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Societe Generale and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Dubai Branch as Lead Arrangers.
Qatar National Bank will act as the Facility Agent.
The tenor of the facility is 5 years and the facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
