Qatar Airways (QA) will start nonstop flights to Los Angeles, Boston and Atlanta in the United States next year the State carrier said Monday.
QA will start daily flights to Los Angeles, California on January 1, 2016 with Boeing 777 aircraft. Daily flights to Boston in Massachusetts with A350 XWB aircraft start March 16 and on July 1 to Atlanta in Georgia State with Boeing 777.
QA's daily nonstop flights will increase to 10 largest metropolitan cities in US, when flights to the three new destinations start.
The airline will add a second daily flight service with Airbus A350 XWB to New York from March 1, 2016 to meet increasing passenger demand.
QA Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said, "We are delighted to offer more gateways in the United States, connecting passengers from the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, Africa and Southeast Asia." QA flies a fleet 156 aircraft to 146 global destinations.
