Tourism Development and Investment Company, TDIC, announced today that it has begun handing over the luxury residences that comprise the third phase of the Saadiyat Beach Villas to homeowners. The handover has been taking place in phases, and the 77 villas are expected to be handed over in full by the end of November. Construction work started following the project's launch in April 2013.
Sufian Hasan Al Marzooqi, Chief Executive Officer at TDIC, said, "We are pleased to welcome residents to their new homes within the Saadiyat Beach Villas community. The fact that this is TDIC's third addition to the Saadiyat Beach Villas shows how desirable the residential communities on Saadiyat are today, due to their unique location, various facilities and high standard of finishes."
The Saadiyat Beach Villas are four and five-bedroom villas that come in the Mediterranean Standard style, with a built-up area of 449 square metres and 542 square metres for the standard four-bedroom and five-bedroom villa respectively. Inspired by the desert and the Mediterranean, each home is characterised by outdoor terraces, stone veneers and detailed balcony railings while the interiors include spacious rooms, premium fittings and a vibrant colour scheme.
Among the facilities residents can enjoy are the community's landscaped parks, play areas for children, swimming pools and terraces, state-of-the-art gyms, and basketball and squash courts. They also have easy access to the varied offerings within the Saadiyat Beach District, which include luxurious hospitality, mouth-watering dining, high-end retail, and diverse leisure developments.
