Chinese shares open mixed Thursday

Beijing - XINHUA
Chinese stocks opened mixed on Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.05 percent to open at 3,083.96 points.
The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.02 percent higher at 10,759.76 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.05 percent to open at 2,192.94 points.
