The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 119 yen range early Friday in Tokyo, almost unchanged from its overnight levels in New York.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.22-23 yen compared with 119.13-23 yen in New York and 119.16-18 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The euro fetched 1.1401-1402 dollars and 135.92-94 yen against 1.1406-1416 dollars and 135.95-136.05 yen in New York and 1.1389- 1391 dollars and 135.71-75 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon.
