Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) chairman Dr. Essam Abdulla Fakhroo emphasized the significance of implementation of the outcome of the visit made by the Bahraini business delegation to the United Kingdom especially regarding joint ventures explored during the visit, citing the importance of follow up of these results and implementation of the recommendation. "Boosting bilateral Bahraini-British relations as commensurate with the potentials and opportunities requires stimulation," said BCCI chairman, adding that "BCCI intends to set up future work plan to enhance economic relations between both countries," and at the same time he praised the British embassy's efforts for its support and assistance which helped make a success of this visit.These statements were made by BCCI chairman Dr. Essam Fakhroo during his meeting with the British Ambassador in the Kingdom Mr. Ian Lindsay in the presence of the head of trade and investment section in the British embassy Mr. Rebecca Topping. It is worth mentioning that the Bahraini delegation made a successful visit the United Kingdom in October 2011. Also, the Bahrain Investment Forum was held in London.The British ambassador praised the efforts of BCCI in raising the standard of bilateral economic and trade relations between the two friendly countries.
