Dubai drivers to get discount on traffic fines

The Dubai Police will soon apply a discount on traffic fines that are issued against violators. The discount applies to those who carry a driving licence issued by the Emirate of Dubai.This will be done once the criteria are approved by competent authorities.Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, the chief of Dubai Police tweeted that there will be a discount on the payment of Dubai traffic fines for a limited period. He did not set a date for the implementation of the decision.The percentage of the discount has also not been revealed yet. From / Gulf Today
