Foreign guests attending the upcoming G20 summit in China's Hangzhou will have the access to interpretation services in 14 different languages.
According to organizers of the summit on Sept. 4 and 5, an emergency multi-language service hotline "96020" will operate 24 hours a day, covering many official languages of the G20 members and guest countries.
The hotline can connect to public service hotlines such as "110", "120" and "119".
During the summit, foreign guests can also find translation telephones in conference halls, hotels, airports and train stations. By pressing a button on the phones, users can get real-time interpretation.
A total of 248 interpreters are working for the platform.
After the summit, the hotline is expected to continue serving foreign visitors in Hangzhou.
