National Iranian Gas Company spokesman expressed on Friday Iran’s readiness to immediately fix the Iran-Turkey exploded gas pipeline. The pipeline was exploded and set on fire early Friday morning by some vandals in Alshokri region in Aghri province in Turkish territory in an area 150 kilometers from Iranian borders. “The blast in the gas pipeline in the Turkish territory has disrupted the exports and we have announced readiness for its immediate repair,' Majid Bujarzadeh said in an interview with IRNA. Iran is waiting for an early answer from Turkey to resume the current 24 million cubic meters gas exports to the country, he added. Turkish fire extinguishers put out the blazing fire firstly by cutting the gas current in the pipes.
