S. Korea's IT exports grow 4.6 % in Sept.

South Korea's exports of information technology (IT) products grew 4.6 percent on-year in September on rising demand from emerging economies, the government said Thursday. The country shipped US$14.07 billion worth of IT products last month, up from $13.45 billion in the same month last year, according to the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. The figure for September is only $30 million shy of the record $14.1 billion set in October 2010.
