Saudi Arabia to produce over 3 Million Tons of Steel next year

The annual demand for steel in the Saudi market exceeded 6.5 million tons in view of the country’s rapid economic development, Dahlan said. Construction and mega basic infrastructure projects in the Kingdom have lured the international steel manufacturers, he added. Dahlan said the exhibitors will display the latest technologies being used in the production of steel. He said the exhibition would provide an opportunity for manufacturers and decision-makers to discuss bilateral cooperation and exchange of expertise.
