Saudi deputy minister of labor speaks on domestic workers

Deputy Minister of Labor Dr. Moufarrej Hagbani said that the ministry is working to open new channels to bring domestic workers and to facilitate the procedures to bring them from other countries including Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Yemen, Sudan and other countries. He added that there is nothing to prevent the approval of the requests of recruitment of domestic workers, noting that this procedure came after recruitment of domestic workers from some countries was stopped because of the prohibitive requirements that affect the privacy of the citizen.
