Ministry of Housing declared the third batch of beneficiaries lists from the decisions of reconsidering the old housing applications which reached 1170, after the adoption of the decisions of the technical committee by Minister of Housing. The total number of the applications issued by the committee in this regard reached 2135 out of 2800. Assistant Undersecretary for housing policies and services, Khalid Yacoob Al-Aamer pointed out that the third batch included the housing loans which have been changed into housing units. where the Committee decided to revive that category of applications through granting them half the time to be added to their new applications. Al-Aamer highlighted that through announcing the third batch of beneficiaries from the decisions of the committee, Ministry of Housing is about to finish with this file, and there will be only some lists left to ensure their personal data, and will be announced soon. Engineer Khalid Al-Aamer said that the ministry and in line with the housing Act, and the technical committee’s special criteria, has the right to deny any case announced if the conditions and standards are not applicable upon receiving the card for reconsidering the application. He said that the customers call center related to the ministry will call the beneficiaries during the next period to inform them with the date to call on the ministry to receive the card for the new application.
