Deputy Chairman of Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Towar Al Kuwari, opened Wednesday afternoon at the Doha Exhibition Center "Cityscape Qatar 2012" in the presence of a number of those concerned with design, construction and real estate projects throughout the region and the world. Al Kuwari said in a press statement that the exhibition is a great addition to the Qatari fairs as it includs many services benefiting the real estate sector in Qatar, especially in light of expectations of higher demand on the properties in the coming years. He said the exhibition is also a distinctive addition to the real estate sector and related services in Qatar, noting that the importance of the exhibition stems from being a help in increasing the number of hotels and hotel apartments, where it is estimated that the organization by Qatar for World Cup 2022 requires the number of hotel rooms on that date to be not less than 90,000 room. He noted that Cityscape, which is organized for the first time in Qatar will positively affect the real estate sector, its employees.
