HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday five instruments of ratification. The first instrument of ratification is for a draft agreement on sea transport between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Turkey. The draft agreement was signed in Doha on December 2, 2015.
HH the Emir issued the second instrument of ratification for a draft cooperation agreement in the education field. The agreement was signed between the government of the State of Qatar and its Turkish counterpart in Doha on December 2, 2015.
HH the Emir issued a third instrument of ratification for a draft cooperation protocol in the health field between the governments of Qatar and Turkey, signed in Doha on December 2, 2015.
HH the Emir issued the fourth instrument of ratification for a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The draft MoU was signed in Doha on December 29, 2015.
HH the Emir issued the fifth instrument of ratification for a draft cooperation agreement in the culture and arts field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The draft was signed in Doha on October 26, 2015.
