Abu Dhabi-based Manazel Real Estate on Monday announced the handover of the first phase of Al Reef Villas’ Dh846 million Contemporary Village. A press statement said that the second and final phase is currently underway and handover is expected to begin this June. Contemporary Village comprises of 594 villas of various sizes ranging from 2 to 5 bedroom units, with the 5 bedroom villas including a spacious back yard, a swimming pool, and parking spaces. The Villas are located at the heart of the Al Reef Villas development, which includes four villages housing 2,376 villas valued at more than Dh3 billion. Al Reef Downtown, the center point of Al Reef Villas, was completed and handed over last month. This was followed by the completion and handover of Mediterranean Village, housing a total of 516 villas. Al Reef Villas encompasses a total of 4,194 residential units and villas, with a capacity to accommodate approximately 15,000 residents. Mohamed Mehana Al Qubaisi, Chairman of Manazel Real Estate, said: “We look forward to the handover of the remainder of Al Reef Villas as well as other projects throughout this year and the next. As always, we remain dedicated to completing our ventures on time as scheduled, all the while doing our utmost to benefit our investors and take advantage of the many opportunities for growth within the United Arab Emirates.” A team has been employed to aid new residents with whatever they may need to ensure a smooth transition into their new homes.
