Charlie Sheen is not happy with Rihanna. The 48-year-old actor has lambasted the 26-year-old singer on Twitter over a perceived slight that took place Wednesday evening. Sheen and fiancée Brett Rossi were out to dinner to celebrate her birthday when the couple became aware that Rihanna was at the same restaurant. Rossi is reportedly a big fan, and Sheen sent a request over to Rihanna's table asking her to meet his fiancée. The actor says the singer refused because "there were too many paps outside," and "it just wasn't possible at this time." Sheen seems to have taken Rihanna's refusal personally, and penned an epic rant about the incident on Thursday. He writes that Rossi was "NOT OK with it," and tells Rihanna, "Nice impression you left behind, Bday or not. Sorry we're not KOOL enough to warrant a blessing from the Princess. (or in this case the Village idiot)." "It was a pleasure NOT meeting you," he continues. "Clearly we have NOTHING in common when it comes to respect for those who've gone before you." The angry star also insults the pink wig Rihanna wore that evening, despite having said he "couldn't pick her out of a line-up at gunpoint" earlier in the post. Rihanna posted a series of cryptic tweets, seemingly in response, that read "Goooorrrrrrlllllll......" and "If that old queen don't get ha diapers out of a bunch..." She also posted a photo of herself with the caption, "When im about to go off and my subconscious be like: nah, chill b." Sheen issued a response to her tweets via TMZ: "Dear Ms. Rihan- oh wait, no last name, Okay, Dear R - clearly English is NOT your primary language. First, I want to thank you for recognizing me as Royalty. I'm flattered. And secondly; do the good Queen a favor and go tend the dungeon in my Castle. But beware of the rats and the snakes. They stir with folly awaiting your tepid advance in the shadows... later Doosh! cs"
