The executors of Michael Jackson's estate are planning to seek emergency guardianship of the late U.S. singer's three minor children, TMZ said Tuesday. Michael's 82-year-old mother, Katherine, has been raising his sons and daughter in California since the pop icon died in 2009. However, the matriarch has been staying with other family members in Arizona for more than a week and relatives are offering conflicting accounts regarding her health and whether or not she has been in touch with Michael's children. TMZ said the executors feel responsible for protecting the kids since they are the primary beneficiaries of their father's estate. The celebrity news Web site said the executors are drafting the guardianship papers and expect to file them in probate court in the next few days.
