Jon Cryer's ex-wife is reportedly seeking a lot more child support from the star of the U.S. hit "Two and a Half Men" TV show -- almost $90,000 a month. Sarah Trigger has asked a court to increase her support from the current level of $8,000 a month, the celebrity website TMZ reported. She said her son, Charles, 13, cannot compete with wealthy classmates at The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, Calif. Trigger, a British actress whose career never took off like Cryer's, currently gets $8,000 a month in support. That means, she says, her son cannot vacation in Europe like his schoolmates or host lavish birthday parties for himself. "Last year there were multiple Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs all with custom invitations, a dress code and huge private receptions afterward," she said. The suggested figure for child support is based on Trigger's calculation that she now has physical custody of Charles half the time, up from about 4 percent when the $8,000 in support was set in 2010. Her lawyer told the New York Daily News on Friday that Trigger simply wants the best for her son. "It's not that she wants this for herself. The child is 13 years old right now, and you have one parent earning an extraordinary income and the other parent with a normal income, and at that age, children are able to recognize who's able to provide what," Keith Simpson said.
