London - Arabstoday

Kim Kardashian has been reading philosophy in a bid to impress her boyfriend Kanye West. The TV star has been dating the rapper for a couple of months. She has got to know some of his interests and is intent on proving to him that they have a lot in common. "Kim's desperate to show Kanye she's not some kind of bimbo, so she's reading up on [Friedrich] Nietzsche [philosopher] as Kanye says he's a huge inspiration of his," a source told British newspaper The Sun. Kanye also likes to keep up to date with politics and world news. Kim has installed an application on her phone to ensure she can do the same. "She's making sure she reads the papers and the news every day and has downloaded the CNN app on her phone to keep up to the minute," the insider added. The 31-year-old reality TV star has also been studying artists - another of Kanye's loves. She is thought to have bid on a piece by Jean-Michel Basquiat, who is famed for his graffiti art.
