Los Angeles – UPI

Kate Hudson doesn't watch what she eats. The 34-year-old actress opened up about her very flexible diet and fitness routine during an interview for The Zoe Report that was published Thursday. "My rule is to try and break a sweat six days a week, whether through an intense workout or running around with the kids. I just try to break a sweat," Hudson said. As for where she draws the line in terms of food, the Almost Famous star said she'll "eat anything." "There is nothing that I won't try. I'll try anything, as crazy as it is!" she explained. Hudson also spoke about her new workout line Fabletics during the interview, revealing that her favorite items are the leggings. "I wear mine to work out, and then, they can be worn out to lunch or to run errands in," she explained. You can read Hudson's full interview with The Zoe Report here.
