Los Angeles – UPI

Selena Gomez's management has stepped forward to deny In Touch magazine's claims the singer was pregnant and had a miscarriage in 2012. The latest issue of the tabloid is covered by a photo of Gomez, 21, with the title "Pregnant and Alone." In their main story, the publication writes that Gomez got pregnant while dating Justin Bieber, but had a miscarriage that let to the downward spiral that landed her in rehab in February of this year. "She wanted that baby. She was convinced it was meant to be and that it was a sign that she and Justin should be together forever," the tabloid quotes a source as saying. The story also claims Bieber's team "felt it would ruin his career because at the time he had a clean image." Gomez' rep told Us Weekly that the reports are "100 percent fictional" and that the "Come and Get It" singer entered rehab in February to "get herself together."
