Ashton and Rihanna? Johnny and Ashley O? The new celeb couples that no-one saw coming. After months of speculation linking her to her violent ex, Chris Brown, Hollywood insiders have spilled that Rihanna has actually been seeing another bad boy on the sly, Ashton Kutcher, with the pair's hot and heavy fling exposed after the Rude Boy singer was papped showing up at his house at midnight last week. And sources have now spilled that Rihanna was using the rumoured Chris affair - and Ashton was using his alleged fling with producer, Lorene Scafaria - to deflect attention away from their romance, which began in December and is still going strong. How it started With the pair moving in the same Hollywood circles, it wasn't long before their paths crossed at a friend's party just before Christmas - one month after Ashton officially split from Demi Moore. "They were introduced at a mutual friend's party," a mole told The Sun. "The flirting began as soon as Rihanna and Ashton met and swapped numbers. That moved on to texts and arranging to meet." Adding, "They snuck off to a Santa Monica hotel a few weeks ago." And pals say that although 34-year-old Ashton had only recently split from Demi when he met the singer, 10 years his junior, the Two And A Half Men star had already mentally checked out of the marriage months before. "If anyone was uncomfortable with the age difference, it was Demi, not Ashton," said a friend of the reason behind the break-up. "She drove him crazy after a while with questions and doubts." Rihanna ‘doesn't mind' his bad boy reputation "It's not her style to fall so hard, especially after she promised herself she'd never let a man get under her skin the way Chris had, but Rihanna is besotted with Ashton," spilled a Hollywood source. "She's gushed to her friends how funny and cute he is." And the We Found Love singer is also said to like Ashton's laidback personality and party lifestyle. "They're both serious party people," spilled an insider. "They both like that the other doesn't adhere to a 9-5 lifestyle and is able to hit up a party at a moment's notice, or jet off somewhere fun." "[I] definitely [go for] the high-risk [men]," admits the singer. "I don't like cream-puff, corny guys. Usually they are the nice guys, the ones that won't hurt you. They'll pull out the chair for you and the whole nine yards. Everything is perfect and boring... I like the risk, I like the edge. That's the thrill for me." Late night trysts Their bid to keep their burgeoning romance under wraps was dealt a blow when paps spotted Rihanna rolling up to Ashton's Dh36-million LA house at midnight on Wednesday March 21, along with her security team, and not leaving until 4am. "The official line is that she simply turned up to a party at his house, but in reality it was a party for two," spilled an insider. Whilst a pal of Kutcher's adds, "They are two single people having a fling, so thought it would be best to meet in secret." But what started out as a fun romance has developed into something serious over the past couple of months, with Rihanna now said to be interested in studying Kabbalah in order to get closer to him. "Both of them love a good time and think they're too busy for anything serious just yet, [but] she's starting to enquire about Kabbalah sessions," revealed a friend. "Ashton's a good guy and, with all Demi's recent problems, people have forgotten that." After months of speculation about the state of his marriage to long-time partner Vanessa Paradis, Johnny Depp has dealt a blow to the reconciliation rumours amid allegations he was recently spotted sneaking out of Ashley Olsen's NYC apartment building. The actor, 48, whose recent behaviour has set alarm bells ringing that he's in the middle of a major mid-life crisis, was spotted furtively quitting 25-year-old Ashley's New York building, after eyewitnesses say they saw him arrive the day before. "It didn't seem like a ‘friends' visit" Ashley, who has a thing for older men, having dated Jared Leto, Lance Armstrong and more recently, Hangover star Justin Bartha, recently revealed she has quit acting forever to focus on her fashion line, and is said to be keen to dress more celebrities, which brought her into contact with Johnny. "It was quiet in her apartment, like it was just the two of them in there," insisted an insider. "It didn't seem like it was just a visit between friends." Adding, "He looked like he was out of it [when he left the next day.]" ‘She's exactly his type' After having dated the famously waif-like Winona Ryder and Kate Moss, before settling down with the equally tiny Vanessa Paradis, Johnny has certainly revealed himself to have a type - with Ashley fitting the bill perfectly. "He likes very tiny women," insisted one Hollywood-watcher. "Very slim and small. He also really digs that grungey just-got-out-of-bed look. On paper, Ashley is definitely his type." But, whether or not Johnny has finally called time on his 15-year relationship with French starVanessa remains to be seen, after the Joe Le Taxi singer recently insisted of the break-up rumours, "You know, when I eat three peas, I'm pregnant.
