Reality television star Tori Spelling says she is back home in Los Angeles following surgery to correct complications from her second C-section in a year. "I wanted to let you know that I am home from the hospital, on the road to recovery, and overjoyed to be back with my family. I am so thankful for all of your love and support these past couple of weeks. It has meant so much to me," Spelling wrote on her blog Thursday. "I will be back to blogging tomorrow, so stay tuned!" Spelling underwent the emergency operation more than a week ago. The exact nature of the complications that necessitated it have not been disclosed. Spelling, 39, gave birth to son Finn Davey Aug. 30. He is Spelling's fourth child born by Caesarean section and her second within a year. She and husband Dean McDermott are also the parents of 11-month-old daughter Hattie, daughter Stella, 4, and son Liam, 5.
