Two men who allegedly scavenged part of the Porsche in which actor Paul Walker died could get four-year terms if convicted, Los Angeles prosecutors said Monday. The Los Angeles County district attorney's office said Jameson Witty, 18, and Anthony Janow, 25, will be charged with one count of grand theft, the Los Angeles Times reported. They also face misdemeanor charges of destroying evidence and hindering police officers. Walker, 40, known mostly for his work in the "Fast and Furious" movies, was killed Nov. 30 when the friend who was driving and also died in the crash lost control of the Porsche Carrera GT. Witty and Janow allegedly grabbed a roof panel from a tow truck. A photo on Instagram apparently posted by Witty shows the roof panel. Another post apologizes, saying he was not planning to sell the panel but wanted it because Walker was a "childhood idol."
