Four elements of the forces of Al Bunyan Al Marsoos (Solid Structure) operation were killed and 26 others injured in clashes with Daesh militias in Libya's Sirte city.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Misurata Central Hospital said that 26 elements of Libyan presidential forces were admitted to hospital.
The dead were moved to the hospital's morgue, the statement added.
The forces are engaged in clashes with Daesh militants in Sirte city.
