A military Mig 21 jet fell down southwest of the Libya city of Benghazi due to a technical fault according to officials.

Nasser Al-Hassi, spokesman of Al-Karamah operation room, said the plane went down due to a hydraulic system failure, confirming that the pilot has safely ejected and now he is in good health. The plane's falling has not resulted in any human or material losses.
