Iraqi forces are about to retake Hawija, the last stronghold of Daesh militant group in northern Iraq.
An operation to liberate the town center was launched earlier in the day.
Iraqi troops, supported by the Popular Mobilization Forces, retook the eastern front of Fatha bridge as they continue to progress on the Daesh-held town.
The Hawija operation was launched on September 21 to dislodge the jihadist group from its last stronghold in northern Iraq, west of the oil-rich city of Kirkuk.
