Al-Marouk: 2 music videos on the horizon

Lebanese director Saeed Al-Marouk has announced that he is soon to start filming the video for the song “I Turned the Page” (Kalabt Al-Safha) for Wael Kfoury. He is also due to start filming two new videos for singer Maya Diab. “Kafoury is loyal and I enjoy working with him. His body structure and facial expressions helps overcome many problems with filming...he also has good acting skills,” said Al-Marouk to Arabstoday. “Maya's new videos will be filmed with high quality and a new vision” the director said. “She is sexy and energetic and I wish we worked together more often!” he added. He announced that by the end of spring he will also shoot a new video for Iraqi singer Kadem Al-Sahir, describing him as one of the most romantic singers. Al-Marouk said about his new Ramadan series: “The series can’t be finished in five months as it needs more work, so I decided to release it in Ramadan 2013.” He added: “It’s an international – Arabic production, with a new story for Arabic TV and it will be considered my masterpiece."
