Amman - KUNA

More than 200,000 civilians and military personnel were killed since the beginning of the conflict in Syria in March 2011, a Syrian monitoring group said Tuesday.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said 202,354 people have been killed, including more than 130,000 fighters from the government and opposition sides.
SOHR said 63,047 people of those killed were civilians.
The Syrian conflict also forced displacement of millions of people inside the country, and million others as refugees in neighboring countries.
