Helicopter falls in Damascus' countryside

An assault helicopter of the Syrian regime crashed southeast of the town of Douma in the countryside of the Syrian capital, the state-run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported on Thursday. No details have been given about this incident. However, the area where the gunship helicopter crashed is a scene of armed clashes between government troops and gunmen of the opposition groups.
