Militants killed in Syria's Deraa

A Syrian military source has said army units in Deraa have killed the leader of a terrorist group in the area in operations that targeted terrorist groups.
The source told SANA that army units killed a number of terrorists in Deraa neighborhood including leader Khaled al-Subeh, the leader of the biggest terrorist group in the southern region.
Other army units killed and injured terrorists and destroyed cars and vehicles during recent attacks, according to the Syrian news agency.
