Syrian army destroys militants' gatherings in Homs

A military source said that the Syrian army units targeted and destroyed militants' gatherings in the areas of al-Wa'er, al-Dara al-Kabera, al-Ghasibyeh and al-Khaldyeh. The source added that the army also clashed with militants in the areas of Jub al-Jarrah, Salam Gharbi, Salam Sharqi and al-Sultanyeh, killing a number of militants and destroying their weapons-loaded vehicles, SANA reported. Meanwhile, militants targeted with 11 mortar shells and rockets the town of Abu al-Alaya, causing material damage only.
