The Algerian filmmaker and producer Yamina Bachir Chouikh, author of feature-length film “Rachida,” was designated as member of the panel of judges of the 9th Mediterranean Short Film Festival of Tangier (Morocco), to take place from 3-8 October 2011, the event’s organizers said.
