Cairo - Mustafa El-Queyas
Egyptian singer Ghada Ragab has told Arab Today that it was by \"pure coincidence\" that she ended up singing in Turkish. She told Arab Today that it was after singing the theme song of a famous Turkish drama during a small Arab ceremony that the organisers decided to contract her to do 13 concerts in Turkey with the great composer and singer Salamy Shahin. Ghada added that it never occurred to her that she would sing in Turkish, but is happy about the love and appreciation she has received from the audience. She added that she is now well known in Turkey and considers it her second country after Egypt. Ghada expressed her happiness about working with a large number of Turkish poets, composers, distributors and singers who she adores. The singer is now working on her new album with a number of Egyptian poets, composers and distributors.
