Syrian actress Kinda Alloush has condemned the suspected chemical attack in Ghouta near Damascus that is thought to have killed as many as 1300 people on Wednesday, including many children. The actress, who is a vocal opponent of President Bashar al-Assad’s regime, wrote on her Facebook page that the massacre was the “last test of the humanity of the world and the Arab people”. The youngest child who died at Ghouta was worth more than thousands of politicians in both the Syrian regime and the opposition, she added. Alloush starred in the Ramadan TV series Niran Sadeeqah (Friendly Fire) along with Menna Shalabi, Rania Yousef, Amr Yousef and Sabry Fawaz.
