On Friday, Egyptian actress Laila Elwi resumed shooting for her new series Farah Laila in ?Manial, Cairo, after a period of interruption due to June 30 revolution, in which she also partook in. The new series is a romantic social drama, where Laila tries to help her ?father (Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra) and raise her brothers after her mother’s death. She works as a bridal stylist, but refuses to get married.? The series stars are Laila Elwy, Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra, Shady Khalaf, Nadia Khairy, Nermine ?Maher, Feras Saed, Ahmed Salah, Hossam Shaaban, Ahmed Kamal, Sherif Baher, Neha Zaitoun, ?Salwa Mohamed Ali, and Zaki Fatin Abdel Wahab, script and dialogue by Amr el Daly and directed ?by Khaled el Hagar.?
