Sources revealed that lawyer of French woman Laura Breyol told the judicial authorities of her approval to face Arab singer Saad Al Mogarad over her accusations against him of attempting to sexually attack her during her presence in her room at a hotel in Paris. 

The French citizen submitted a complaint against the singer few weeks ago, pushing the French authorities to arrest him. The French judiciary refused to release him.

According to the sources, the French authorities issued a warning to the French citizen over the neceissty of her appearance before the prosecutors to face the defendant before referring the case to the court to issue its final verdict.

Mogarad's father Al Bashir Abdou denied what raised over his son's recognition of committing the violation, while signaled that he had a relationship with her.

He added, "My son is innocent. I believe in the fairness of French judiciary. I will resume the judicial measures to prove the innocence of my son before the public opinion."
