Ukraine said Tuesday that pro-Russian insurgents had killed three of its soldiers in violation of a truce the foreign ministers of Germany and France will try to revive in Kiev this week. "In the past day, as a result of combat, tragically, three Ukrainian servicemen were killed and 15 of our fighters were wounded.
