Belgium has charged a man linked to a foiled Paris plot with taking part in a terrorist group, the federal prosecutor said Saturday.

"In connection with the inquiry which led to the arrest of Reda Kriket (in France)... Rabah N. has been charged with taking part in a terrorist group," the prosecutor said in a statement.
