A British court on Tuesday cleared Seamus Daly, the only suspect in the 1998 Omagh bombing in Northern Ireland that killed 29 people, of all charges.

Daly, a bricklayer, has been in prison awaiting trial for nearly two years for what was one of the worst atrocities of the sectarian conflict in the British-ruled province.
