Croatia started Friday to transport migrants to its border with Hungary, as it struggles with thousands of refugees on its territory seeking a better life in western Europe, police said.

"The transport of migrants ... is being organised towards the Hungarian border," a spokeswoman for the interior ministry told AFP.
