France attack

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Saturday security had been stepped up at French embassies and official buildings worldwide after attacks in Paris claimed by the Islamic State group that left nearly 130 dead.

"I have taken measures on an international level so that all of our property, that is embassies, consulates, cultural institutes, high schools, be more protected," Fabius said as he left Syria talks in Vienna early to return to deal with the crisis in his traumatised country.
