French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Sunday that "all the cards are on the table" in nuclear talks with Iran, as he arrived 72 hours before a deadline to nail down an accord.
"These negotiations began 12 years ago and now we are 72 hours away from the moment when they should conclude. Moreover, all the cards are on the table, the main question is to know whether the Iranians will accept making clear commitments on what until now has not been clarified," Fabius told reporters as he arrived for talks in Vienna.
