Hillary Clinton will return to the White House campaign trail Thursday after a few days recovering at home from pneumonia, her spokesman said.

"We will resume campaign travel on Thursday, more details to come," said the Democratic nominee's spokesman Nick Merrill in a statement late Tuesday.

Merrill said Clinton spent the day "catching up on reading briefings, making calls," and watching Barack Obama's rousing speech in Philadelphia, in which the president offered unstinting praise of his former secretary of state.
