Israeli force attack

Hungary on Wednesday slammed as "blackmail" an EU plan to revamp its asylum system obliging countries that refuse to accept their quota of refugees to pay a 250,000 euro ($290,000) fine per person rejected.

"It's blackmail, it's unacceptable and a non-European type of proposal from the (European) Commission," Hungary's Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said after meeting regional counterparts in Prague.
