Israeli settlers early Sunday punctured the tires of Palestinian-owned vehicles in the village of al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah city.

The village's council said in a statement that the settlers broke into the area at dawn, punctured the tires and wrote racial slurs demanding the killing and expulsion of Palestinians.
