Mexico's Luis Videgaray was named foreign minister on Wednesday, returning to the cabinet after losing his previous job in the wake of arranging Donald Trump's controversial visit to the country.

President Enrique Pena Nieto announced that Videgaray was replacing Claudia Ruiz Massieu, with the instruction to "accelerate dialogue" with the US president-elect's team in order to establish "constructive relations."
