'Serious concerns' in some EU states

Several EU governments still have "serious concerns" about the Greeks' commitment to reforms and their ability to implement them, a Dutch minister said Saturday as his eurozone counterparts studied Athens' last-ditch bailout plan.

"Many governments, mine too, have serious concerns about the commitment of the Greek government and about its ability to implement (reforms)," Eric Wiebes, the Netherlands' state secretary of finance, told reporters as he arrived for the talks in Brussels.
