An explosion that rocked New York's neighborhood of Chelsea has no terror connection at this point but was intentional, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Saturday.

Twenty-nine people were injured in the blast, one of them in a serious condition, which occurred on 23rd Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, officials said.
